- Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments (in-person and over the phone)
- Coordinate with patients and other offices to manage scheduling needs
- Verify insurance and assist with authorization calls
- Process referrals and support billing follow-ups
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a smooth front desk flow
- Strong customer service experience (required)
- Bilingual in English Spanish or Russian (highly preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Flexible and reliable with scheduling
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Open to working overtime as needed
