Medical Claims Analyst

Claims Analyst II – Remote/Hybrid (Wisconsin Residents Only)

Pay: $19.25/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Claims Analyst II to join our team! In this role, you’ll review and process paper and electronic claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies. You’ll play a key part in adjudicating claims, resolving issues, and maintaining high-quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Adjudicate professional and facility claims according to policy and benefit guidelines.
• Review claims for completeness and compliance with billing standards.
• Investigate and resolve pending claims within established timeframes.
• Identify coordination of benefits (COB), Workers’ Compensation, and Subrogation issues.
• Process specialty claims (e.g., transplant, COB) and apply appropriate pricing.
• Maintain confidentiality and meet department turnaround and quality standards.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years of claims processing required.
• Knowledge: CPT, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, medical terminology, COB processing.
• Preferred: Familiarity with QNXT™ Claims Workflow, ACA/Medicaid plans, and coding experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Must reside in Wisconsin.
• Flexible work options: remote (home office with reliable internet), hybrid, or on-site at Brookfield or Menasha offices.
• Training schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM for the first 6 weeks (virtual).
