Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness; obtain missing information as needed. Verify insurance coverage and eligibility prior to billing. Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies. Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts. Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries and payment plans. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
