Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and accurately record patient medical histories, vitals, and test results
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) with strict confidentiality
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions, including:
- Appointment scheduling
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Medical record maintenance
- Prepare examination and treatment rooms for patient visits
- Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures and patient care
- Provide basic patient education and instructions as needed
- Support referrals and authorizations processing
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in an ambulatory or clinical setting
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
- Strong understanding of patient care workflows and clinical support tasks
- Experience with appointment scheduling and front-office coordination
