What You’ll Do
- Work assigned tickets such as updating addresses, processing contract upgrades, and completing demographic/regulatory forms.
- Verify appointments, distribute reports, request medical records, and manage incoming/outgoing fax materials.
- Provide compassionate, patient‑focused support with strong follow‑through and organization.
- Use a computer‑based phone system to communicate with providers, patients, and vendors.
- Perform transcription tasks and manage Release of Information forms as directed by case managers.
- Strong phone comfort and customer service dependability
- Accurate, high‑volume data entry
- Administrative experience (preferred)
- Healthcare or medical records familiarity (bonus)
