- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, reporting).
- Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
