Key Responsibilities
- Install, route, and secure CAT 5/CAT 6 cables in commercial buildings.
- Terminate cables at patch panels, jacks, and network equipment.
- Punch down cables on 110 blocks and patch panels.
- Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams.
- Test and troubleshoot cable systems using appropriate tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to meet deadlines.
