Security Service Technician
Location: Tennessee (Travel Required Throughout TN)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Security Service Technician to join a growing team responsible for servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting electronic security systems for commercial customers throughout Tennessee. Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot electronic security system issues.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades for existing customers.
- Program, configure, and support access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and service delivery.
- Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Manage multiple service requests while prioritizing workload effectively.
- Travel regularly to customer sites throughout Tennessee, with occasional overnight travel as needed.
- Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards.
- 3-7 years of experience servicing, programming, integrating, or troubleshooting electronic security systems.
- Trade school education or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Access Control Systems
- CCTV/Video Surveillance Systems
- Intrusion Detection Systems
- Advanced troubleshooting and system programming experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Experience using hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, and related equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel throughout Tennessee on a regular basis.
