What You’ll Get

- Hands-on training on real job sites

- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime available
- Entry-level candidates with:
- Trade school training (electrical, low voltage, or similar) OR
- Experience in construction, labor, or hands-on work
- Interest in learning structured cabling / telecommunications
- Comfortable using tools and working with your hands
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a team environment
- Experience with Cat5/Cat6 cable
- Fiber optic exposure
- Blueprint reading or construction site experience
- Active construction/data center site
- Indoor & outdoor work
- PPE required:
- Steel-toe boots (required)
- Safety gear provided
- Drug Screen (10-panel)
- 7-year BGC
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
