Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor interest rate lock requests for mortgage loans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze pricing strategies and interest rate risk to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve lock-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within mortgage systems.

- Knowledge of mortgage industry and lending practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage operations, with emphasis on interest rate lock management or secondary marketing.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, pricing strategies, and interest rate risk management.
- Proficiency with mortgage industry software (e.g., Encompass, Optimal Blue, MERS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and customer service.
