Description

• Going through the tasks of what is in a loan structure.
• How to look at a credit reports - looking at income documents, W2's, paycheck stubs, identify and review all docs
• Review our policies and procedures.
• Looking through borrowing documentations , Look at credit reports, bank statements, income, access, solve the issue, Calculating income, review assets - Review appraisals, Debt to income, etc. and make adjustments or changes to the loan accordingly
• Perform complex data and document validation
• Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines & Review and validate loan documents
• Knowledge with all guidelines and understand Freddie and Fannie Mae guidelines , investor guidelines

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of loan processing experience
• Experience with guidelines in mortgage or Jr underwriter could work
• Be able to identify documents, identify what a large deposit is
• Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
