Job Description
- To assist Loan Officers in facilitating the completion of mortgage loan applications.
- To collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process.
- Serve as a point of contact for members, receiving and responding to member inquires to help them collect required information and complete any necessary documentation.
- Support and Communicate with Loan Officers and Members
- Obtaining min required docs from Member to assist in approvability of the loan
- Working the loan from pre app to post app
- Calculate income, analyzing asset statement
- Phone: 50% of the job -daily phone contact to members for certain tasks and other tasks will be virtual contact
- MINIMUM of 2-3 years experience in a professional office administrative OR financial call center required
- Strong customer service skills (50% of the daily job is on the phone)
- Must have high speed internet to work hybrid (cable or fiber internet)
