We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Loan Officer Assistant to support our Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers. What You’ll Do
- Set up new mortgage applications, including printing applications and credit reports
- Track and route incoming loan volume to the appropriate team members
- Assist with retrieving and preparing closed loan files for secondary marketing
- Answer, direct, and document incoming calls from members
- Prepare and send marketing materials, disclosures, and member packages
- Schedule appointments for Loan Officers and processors
- Provide general mortgage-related information to members
- Review and process appraisal invoices
- Maintain organized files—copying, faxing, and scanning as needed
- Generate basic reports for tracking purposes
- Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and company policies
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
- Ability to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System
- Basic administrative, customer service, and research skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with mortgage products or financial services (preferred)
- Experience with word processing and spreadsheets
- A customer-first mindset
