Learning & Development Manager (Direct Hire | Hybrid)
We’re partnering with an organization to hire a Learning & Development Manager who will lead both the strategy and execution of leadership development programs across North America and LATAM.
This role will manage 3 direct reports (including 2 manufacturing trainers) and focus heavily on building soft skills and leadership capabilities for current and emerging leaders.
📍 Location (Hybrid – 3 days onsite): Any location will work
Oshkosh, WI (preferred), Miramar, FL, Evansville, IN, or Deerfield, IL

This is a Permanent position based out of Oshkosh, WI.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Key Focus Areas
- Build and execute enterprise-wide L&D strategy and roadmap
- Lead leadership development programs (design, facilitation, and vendor management)
- Partner with HR and business leaders in a matrixed environment
- Support both manufacturing and corporate teams
- Own learning systems, tools, and program effectiveness metrics
- Experience building L&D strategy within a large, matrixed organization
- Strong knowledge in leadership training (facilitation procurement)
- Ability to influence stakeholders and operate in ambiguity
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree required
- SAP, Salesforce, or bilingual Spanish is a plus
- High visibility, enterprise-level impact across multiple regions
- Strong leadership opportunity with direct reports
