We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead enterprise-wide learning strategy and execution across the Americas. This role will focus heavily on leadership development while supporting a well-established manufacturing training environment. You will balance strategy and hands-on delivery, driving both the procurement and facilitation of high-impact learning experiences.
You’ll lead a team of three (including two manufacturing trainers) and play a critical role in strengthening leadership capability—particularly in building soft skills for current and emerging leaders.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

What You’ll Do
Learning Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute an enterprise L&D strategy aligned to business priorities
- Conduct needs assessments and identify capability gaps, especially in leadership development
- Own end-to-end learning initiatives (design, delivery, vendor management, evaluation)
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align learning with operational goals
- Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve based on data and insights
- Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops across multiple levels
- Manage external vendors and learning partners to ensure high-quality delivery
- Strengthen leadership soft skills (communication, influence, coaching, etc.)
- Support an established, high-performing manufacturing training function
- Align learning solutions with operational realities and time-to-productivity needs
- Serve as business owner for the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Drive adoption of digital learning tools and scalable solutions
- Develop frameworks for career development conversations and growth planning
- Enable leaders to take ownership of employee development
- Proven experience building L&D strategy in a complex, matrixed enterprise environment
- Strong ability to influence across multiple stakeholders and operate in ambiguity
- Experience in both facilitating and procuring leadership training programs
- Background supporting or working within manufacturing environments
- Expertise in adult learning principles and leadership development
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning impact
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field
- Experience working in global or highly matrixed organizations
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- English required; Spanish preferred
