Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage low voltage installation projects in commercial environments
- Supervise and mentor crews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance checks
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
- Maintain strict adherence to all licensing and regulatory requirements
- Active Connecticut Low Voltage License (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience leading crews on low voltage projects
- Proven expertise in low voltage systems installation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with AV systems, network cabling, and integrated workspace solutions
- Industry certifications such as CTS, BICSI, or equivalent
