*Position Overview* The IT Support Technician supports end users by resolving hardware and software issues, providing training, and ensuring reliable operation of userfacing technology across multiple locations. This role involves building and rebuilding computers, managing user accounts and permissions, and assisting with daytoday IT operations. Technicians collaborate closely with other IT teams and technology owners to address issues requiring specialized knowledge. *Key Responsibilities*
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
* Build, rebuild, and configure computers and related equipment.
* Provide training and guidance to users on technology and system usage.
* Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across systems and applications.
* Support technology operations across two locations, including occasional onsite assistance.
* Perform imaging, wiping, and deployment of devices.
* Collaborate with IT teams to assist with tasks requiring specialized expertise.
* Document issues and resolutions using a ticketing system.
* Deliver highquality customer service and maintain strong communication with users.
* Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support organizational technology needs.

*Experience Level* Intermediate - suitable for candidates with foundational IT support experience and strong customer service skills.
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn, OH.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
