*A local Healthcare Company in Salem, OR is hiring an IT Support Specialist to join the team for a great long term opportunity! *
*Job Duties:*
* Primary resource for end user requests and problem management
* Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and customization of MS Office Suite applications per customer's preferences
* Understanding of and ability to install, configure and troubleshoot workstation hardware
* Ability to support smart phone devices in a corporate setting
* Troubleshoot file, printing, and remote access services
* Basic administration, including add/remove users and groups, configure file permissions, check event logs
* Basic administration of Microsoft 365 services, including managing e-mail distribution groups, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
*Qualifications:*
* Associate Degree in Technology or equivalent on the job experience
* 1-2 years experience deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows Desktops and server operating systems
* Experience support end users' hardware and software
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows-based tools.
* Maintain user PCs and computer network systems, including performing necessary upgrades and configurations.

The pay range for this position is $25.42 - $28.85/hr.
