Responsibilities include:
- Hands‑on Mac desktop support with limited Windows exposure
- Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
- Supporting walk‑up, Slack, Teams, and email‑based IT requests
- Assisting with onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning
- Supporting internal pilot initiatives, including setup and configuration of AI‑enabled devices
- Communicating clearly and effectively with technical and non‑technical users across all levels of the organization
- MacOS‑focused desktop environments
- Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Google Drive (file sharing and limited user administration)
- Okta, Jira, Slack
- Intune / MDM tools
- Exposure to basic scripting or automation (Python or Bash)
- Startup or pilot‑driven IT environments
