*Key Responsibilities:*
* Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or in person.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows 11 desktop and laptop systems.
* Provide advanced support for Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Manage and support mobile devices across multiple platforms including Android, iOS, and legacy BlackBerry systems.
* Administer and troubleshoot user accounts and access permissions using Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
* Maintain and support document management systems, ensuring proper access controls and data integrity.
* Perform routine Windows administration tasks including system updates, user profile management, and configuration changes.
* Identify and resolve network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN troubleshooting and basic network diagnostics.
* Document technical issues and resolutions in the service desk ticketing system.
* Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
* Educate users on best practices for system usage, security, and software applications.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in IT support or service desk roles.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Solid understanding of Windows 11 operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
* Experience with mobile device management and support.
* Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Windows administration.
* Knowledge of document management systems and workflows.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve network-related issues.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
