As an IT Project Management Director, you will lead a portfolio of technology programs that support business priorities and operational goals across the organization. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
10 years of experience leading complex technology programs, project portfolios, or PMO functions.
Proven experience managing large-scale technology initiatives within a financial services, banking, or regulated environment.
Strong expertise in project and program management, including scope definition, planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance.
Good understanding of products in Capital Markets and associated Credit Risk
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence business, technology, and executive stakeholders.
Experience establishing PMOs, delivery frameworks, and operational reporting structures.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
Knowledge of technology delivery practices, systems development lifecycles, and organizational change management.
Ability to make informed decisions in complex or ambiguous situations while balancing business objectives, risks, and regulatory requirements.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $190000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
22 vacation days, 12 sicks days per calendar year. You can roll over up to 5 but they must be used before March 31st. vacation days increase to 25 days after 5 years. 401K- can start contributing day 1 and SMBC will begin match up to 3% after 6 months of service. This vest 20% each year and is fully vested after 5 years of service. Cigna Medical benefits

- Experience in Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) to support regulatory SR 11-10, risk management, and front-to-back change initiatives
