Infrastructure Manager

We are is seeking a Global Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead global Infrastructure, Service Management, Networking, and Cybersecurity Operations. This position reports directly to the VP of IT and will be responsible for driving operational excellence, team leadership, service delivery, and cybersecurity alignment across the organization.

This role will manage a team of approximately 4-7 employees across service management, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity functions. The successful candidate will focus heavily on leadership, prioritization, capacity planning, execution, and business partnership rather than serving as a hands-on technical engineer.

Responsibilities

Lead global Infrastructure & Operations teams.

Establish priorities and execution plans across infrastructure, service management, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Develop resource plans and capacity planning models.

Drive operational efficiency and service improvements.

Manage global Service Management functions and ServiceNow operations.

Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics while identifying trends and root causes.

Partner with Spectris Infrastructure and Cybersecurity leaders.

Promote a cyber-first culture across all technology functions.

Oversee infrastructure governance, vulnerability management, patching, and operational risk.

Support cloud, networking, endpoint, and enterprise infrastructure initiatives.

Participate in M&A technology due diligence and integration activities.

Build strong partnerships with business leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, and Corporate Functions.

Present operational performance and recommendations to executive leadership.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8 years of Infrastructure or IT Operations experience.

3 years of leadership experience.

Experience leading Service Management and Infrastructure teams.

Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft enterprise technologies.

Experience with ServiceNow.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.

Experience supporting global users and distributed teams.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

ITIL Certification

CISSP, CISM, or Security Certification

Manufacturing industry experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Boulder, CO.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $160000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
