- Coordinate and track progress across multiple client implementation projects
- Develop and manage detailed project plans based on scope and timelines
- Execute setup, configuration, and activation tasks with accuracy
- Serve as a first point of technical support during implementation cycles
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Support leadership and customer-facing teams in delivering a smooth client experience
- Ensure high-quality service delivery with a strong focus on timelines and accuracy
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Strong data entry and data management capabilities
- Experience handling repetitive tasks such as copying, pasting, and validating data
- Exceptional attention to detail
