IAM Analyst - Level 2 location Charlotte, North Carolina, USA 41.1 USD - 43 USD/hour Save This Job Back to search results Job Title: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Work Environment: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite Employment Type: 6 month contract Experience Level: Intermediate Scope of Work Perform provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management across multiple platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, databases, Mainframe/RACF). Resolve Level 2 identity management issues and collaborate with business partners to address access challenges. Assist in improving deployment processes, tool usage, and maintaining operational procedures. Support large-scale Technology Operations deliverables and contribute to planning and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage identity lifecycle using IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD. Work with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM). Ensure compliance with security frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI). Utilize ServiceNow and internal tools (ART & AIMS) for ticket management and SLA adherence. Maintain high performance measured by volume, SLA compliance, and quality standards. Profile & Work Environment Energetic, motivated individuals passionate about cybersecurity and eager to make an impact. Ability to work across teams with flexibility to support multiple functions as needed. Queue-based operations role requiring strong organizational skills and multitasking ability. Performance-driven environment emphasizing collaboration and continuous improvement. Hybrid schedule: 3 days/week onsite in Charlotte, NC (1525 W. WT Harris Blvd). Required Skills Access Management Active Directory Identity Management Provisioning IAM Tools: CyberArk, SailPoint, Entra ID, Okta, Ping Authentication Standards: LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM Azure AD Additional Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative beyond assigned tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41.10 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
