- Provide telephone assistance related to online applications, including claims processing, eligibility verification, and web-based self-service tools
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through resolutions
- Accurately document, track, and monitor all inquiries using a call tracking/CRM system
- Manage open tickets, ensuring timely follow-up, proper assignment, and escalation when necessary
- Utilize established procedures, scripts, and knowledge resources to ensure consistent support
- Process customer requests using various tools and technologies, including desktop faxing, web-based tools, and IVR support
- Assist with communication tasks such as returning calls, distributing faxes, and sending documents under supervision
