- Must have high school diploma and 2 years of call center experience
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and patient manner
- Must be able to have in-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with members can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature.
- No jumpy tenures and must be self-motivated and motivated to advance your career
- Job description:
- 60 incoming calls daily.
- Will be accountable for scheduling appointments, following and reinforcing all policies for case scheduling, and communicating information for each scheduled appointment.
- Will be accountable for auditing and completing electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner, working under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with patients, peers, and superiors on a daily basis.
