We're hiring an experienced Call Center Representative to support a premier national mortgage lender at their Englewood, CO location. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced call center environment.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from residential homeowners with mortgage‑related questions, resolving concerns on the first call whenever possible.
- Support customers with topics such as payments, address changes, online account access, escrow inquiries, and mortgage‑specific items including PMI removal.
- Conduct outbound outreach to customers to provide payment assistance, answer questions, and help bring accounts up to date.
- Provide professional, service‑oriented support while confidently discussing payment arrangements when needed.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of call center/contact center experience.
- Strong job stability preferred for this long‑term role.
- Comfortable multitasking on a computer while on calls (dual monitors, MS Office).
- Customer‑focused communicator who is confident discussing payments in a service‑oriented manner.
- Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
