We are seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist with a strong customer service mindset and solid technical foundation to support end users in a corporate environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting IT issues while delivering an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or a similar IT ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and support Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications
- Assist with user account management in Active Directory, including provisioning, deactivation, and password resets
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to wireless connectivity and general networking
- Document issues, resolutions, and processes clearly within the ticketing system
- Communicate effectively with users of varying technical skill levels to ensure timely resolution
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
- 2 years of help desk or technical support experience in a corporate environment
- Working knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM/ticketing platforms
- Familiarity with wireless technologies, networking concepts, and Windows OS
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 and Active Directory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of end users
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft certifications) are a plus
