The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

What You'll Do
- Process incoming enrollment and account-related forms by reviewing documentation and entering information accurately into multiple systems.
- Support participant account maintenance, including:
- Enrollments
- Renewals
- Terminations
- Address changes
- Routine account updates
- Review and update Customer Identification Program (CIP) documentation.
- Assist with account transfers and account closure processing.
- Process manual renewals and other administrative tasks during peak enrollment periods.
- Organize, move, and maintain electronic documents within established file management systems.
- Perform quality reviews to ensure all data is accurate and complete before finalizing transactions.
- Communicate processing updates and status information using approved procedures and templates.
- Support Enrollment and Partner Integration/EDI teams with additional administrative and data-entry responsibilities.
- Escalate documentation discrepancies, exceptions, or issues outside of your scope to appropriate team members.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling participant and account information.
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
