*Description*
Project support for loan delinquency backlog in the escrow department
- Research and identify reason for delinquency (loans not set up in escrow)
- Identify the solution and process the loan correctly in escrow for payment
- Follow up with municipalities and attorneys regarding delinquency
- Tax analysis
- Process loan accurately and coordinate with borrowers and appropriate parties
- Reporting on loan files meeting requirements
- Process disbursements for property taxes, insurance premiums, and other escrow-related payments
- Prepare and deliver escrow documents, including tax documentation and closing statements
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
3 years of mortgage escrow experience
Mortgage servicing or banking experience
Escrow and tax analysis
Strong loan research experience
Strong communication skills

This is a Contract position based out of Lake Mary, FL.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
