🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues; provide Tier 2/3 support
- Design, build, and optimize workflows to support clinical and operational needs
- Configure Epic applications including:
- Orders & Order Sets
- Therapy Plans
- Flowsheets
- Procdoc Documentation
- Gather and translate technical requirements into system solutions
- Collaborate with end users, IT teams, and vendors
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance
- Document system designs, workflows, and technical specifications
- Assist in reporting needs and partner with reporting teams
- Lead or contribute to projects and mentor junior team members when needed
- Participate in on-call support as required
- 4 years of Epic Application Analyst experience
- Strong hands-on build experience in: orders, order sets, therapy plans, flowsheets, and procdoc
- Proven experience designing and optimizing workflows
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Experience gathering requirements and translating into technical solutions
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Epic Certification (ClinDoc/Orders, Ambulatory, or Beacon)
- Experience in a lead role (scoping/triaging projects)
- Experience working with vendors and system integrations
- Fully remote (U.S.-based)
- Must be comfortable working Mountain Time hours
- Highly collaborative team environment
- Involvement in system upgrades, enhancements, and production support
- Work on impactful healthcare systems supporting clinical operations
- Long-term contract opportunity with a leading health system
