We are hiring for two roles, and candidates should be open to any of these positions:
- Customer Accounts Representative
- Customer Care Representative
- Customer Accounts Representative
- Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM
- Two late shifts weekly: 11 AM–8 PM (never Fridays)
- Every other Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM
- One week each month: 7 AM–4 PM Saturday 7 AM–12 PM
- Make friendly, early‑stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due on payments
- Help customers with payment setups, auto‑pay enrollment, and account updates
- Assist with password resets or login issues
- No heavy collections — escalation teams handle those accounts
- Customer Care Representative
- Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM
- One Saturday per month: 8 AM–12 PM
- Take inbound calls and support customers with:
- Account questions
- Payment options
- Title requests
- Website/login help
- Up to 3 hours of OT per week
- Two Saturdays per month required (8 AM–12 PM)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and data‑entry skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow
