- Hands-On Endpoint & Display Troubleshooting
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise PCs, monitors, docking stations, USB-C/Thunderbolt, graphics drivers, BIOS, firmware, and related hardware issues beyond basic rebooting or hardware replacement.
- Root Cause Analysis & Issue Reproduction
- Ability to reproduce technical issues, build test configurations, perform A/B and known-good vs. failing comparisons, change one variable at a time, and identify the actual root cause.
- Hardware Validation & Independent Problem Solving
- Experience testing and validating hardware, drivers, firmware, BIOS, and OS changes. Must be able to independently research unfamiliar problems, document findings, and verify that a fix actually resolves the issue.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $37.00/hr.
