Key Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 4555 inbound calls per day, responding to a variety of customer inquiries ranging from routine requests to complex account-related questions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for policyholders, agents, beneficiaries, and other third parties.
- Educate customers on products, services, policy provisions, tax implications, state regulations, claims, and account changes.
- Research, resolve, and document customer inquiries with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Process policy and account maintenance transactions, including address updates, beneficiary changes, ownership changes, partial withdrawals, replacements, and other service requests.
- Provide clear explanations of policy values, terms, conditions, and coverage details.
- Communicate effectively across multiple channels while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of products, systems, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Take a proactive, solution-oriented approach to resolving customer concerns and identifying the best possible outcomes.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain detailed information in a clear and professional manner.
- Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and a positive customer experience.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and customer service skills.
- Ability to quickly learn, retain, and apply large amounts of information in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet established performance expectations.
