Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for end users, resolving issues related to laptops, workstations, mobile devices, and Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using the ServiceNow ticketing system
- Support and maintain Workstations on Wheels (WOW carts), printers, and other healthcare-specific hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft Office 365 applications and services
- Provide hands-on support for peripheral devices including scanners, printers, and mobile devices
- Utilize remote support tools and in-person assistance to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and contribute to the IT knowledge base
- Participate in the operation of a tech walk-up bar at staffed locations, offering immediate support to end users
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft Office 365
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Experience supporting healthcare-specific hardware/software is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
