We are hiring an intermediate-level Desktop Support Technician. The Desktop Support Technician will be reliable and customer-focused to support a Return To Office phase. The Desktop Support Technician will work part-time in the Headquarters location to provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace technology experience.
DUTIES
- Provide walk-in technical support for employees at HQ location
- Assist with a seamless transition back to the office by ensuring all equipment is deployed
- Confirm end-user needs are met in advance of and during the RTO rollout
- Troubleshoot and resolve conference room technology issues (audio/visual, connectivity, etc.)
- Perform break/fix support for desktops, peripherals, and related hardware
- Assist with physical workstation setups, moves, and reconfigurations
- Deliver at-desk support to users for hardware and software issues
- Help deploy and stage equipment in preparation for increased office occupancy ahead of the Return-to-Office initiative (beginning August 11)
- Prior experience in desktop support, IT support, or help desk roles preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic networking issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a high-touch onsite environment
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as equipment setup and workstation moves
