Key Responsibilities
- Resolve assigned service desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide direct customer support and ongoing maintenance for end‑user technology.
- Install, maintain, and support desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems, and configurations.
- Assist with software installations, printer support, remote access, mobile device support, and other end‑user technologies.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Support audio/visual equipment and general office technology.
- Work independently while managing priorities and time effectively.
- Communicate clearly with users and team members.
- Apply technical skills confidently and adapt to new technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed successfully.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows‑based systems and common office applications.
- Experience supporting desktops, laptops, and related hardware.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in environments requiring protective equipment.
- Experience in an on‑site technical support or help desk role.
- Familiarity with hardware peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, and printers.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Interest in building a long‑term IT career.
