*Desktop Support Analyst* Provide technical support for hardware, software, and access-related issues impacting employees. Manage and resolve support tickets within SLA, supporting both on-site and remote users.
*Responsibilities:*
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
* Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
* Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and peripherals
* Assist with system deployments, imaging, and hardware refreshes
* Maintain asset records and update documentation
*Requirements:*
* Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
* Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking
* Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
* Ability to manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract position based out of West Des Moines, IA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
