Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in a Desktop Engineer (or similar) role
- Windows operating systems
- Enterprise laptops and end-user hardware
- Application support and troubleshooting
- Experience working in a large corporate or MSP-style IT environment
- Comfortable owning support tickets from start to finish
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Azure experience (administration and user support)
- Experience supporting cloud-based applications
- Basic knowledge of networking and security concepts
- Certifications such as:
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- CompTIA Network or Security
- Experience working in compliance-driven or enterprise IT environments

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, laptops, and end-user devices
- Support Azure environments, including basic administration and cloud application issues
- Own incidents from intake through resolution, escalating when needed
- Act as an escalation resource for junior team members
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles
- Communicate technical details clearly to teams and stakeholders
- Participate in system improvements, process updates, and special projects
- Meet expected performance and utilization metrics
