Key Responsibilities:
* Front Office Support: Assist with various front office duties, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.
* Patient Coordination: Work closely with patient coordinators to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
* Preauthorization Management: Take preauthorization requests from different teams and review treatments to determine what requires preauthorization.
* Billing Assistance: Collaborate with billers to assist in billing out claims accurately and efficiently.
* Learning and Development: Continuously learn and adapt to front office duties and responsibilities to provide comprehensive support.
Qualifications:
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
