Schedule:

Training: 8:00AM–4:30 PM

Post‑training: Start between 7:30 AM–9:00 AM (8‑hour shift)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Check Processor to support daily check mailing, data entry, and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Mail checks daily via UPS/Priority
• Create shipping labels
• Perform data entry and Excel tracking
• Scan and review documents
• General clerical support
  
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of clerical, data entry, scanning, or mailroom experience
• Strong computer skills; Excel experience required
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable with repetitive work
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  
  
  

Nice To Have:

• Insurance or mortgage experience
• Experience handling physical checks

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daytona Beach, FL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
