What You’ll Do
- Build out the inside plant environment: pulling and patching cable, installing servers, and making critical connections.
- Coordinate projects, track schedules, and ensure documentation is on point.
- Lead and support a team of ISP techs to keep everything running smoothly.
- Inside Plant & Networking knowledge
- Hands-on Fiber Optics experience
- Project coordination and documentation
- Experience in large-scale data center environments
- Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a physically active role
