Location:
- Phase 1: Altoona, Iowa (6-month assignment)
- Phase 2: Lebanon, Indiana, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, or Travel Role (long-term role starting July/August 2026)
- $20–$23/hr for entry-level candidates
- $24–$27/hr for candidates with 2 years of fiber/data center experience
- Free lodging during the Altoona assignment
- $50/day per diem

What You’ll Do
- Assist technicians and team leads in building out data center infrastructure
- Install cable trays and pathways
- Pull cable and fiber, learn color codes
- Punch down and terminate fiber
- Build server racks
- Work in a construction environment following blueprints and safety standards
- Willingness to relocate (Altoona, IA → 1 of 3 Options)
- Experience with Cat5/Cat6 cabling, fiber installation, or general telecom work
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Construction experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Comfortable with heights and working in a large-scale data center environment
- Monday–Friday, core hours 7 AM–7 PM
- Overtime possible: 10–12 hour days, up to 6 days/week if needed
- Be part of a high-profile Meta project
- Gain hands-on experience in structured cabling and fiber optics
