Responsibilities
- Take inbound support calls from employees
- Place outbound calls to childcare centers and in‑home care networks
- Identify care needs and coordinate solutions
- Accurately document call details
- Collaborate with team members and departments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in customer service, help desk, or call center
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
- Typing speed 35 WPM and solid data entry skills
- Basic Microsoft Outlook and computer proficiency
- Comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly
