- Handle 30-50 inbound calls daily regarding prescription benefits
- Research and resolve customer questions using healthcare systems
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email
- Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity goals
- Document interactions and maintain confidentiality
- 1 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
