About The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position is primarily focused on order management and customer service support , ensuring accuracy and timely completion of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform order entry and place orders for customers using Oracle (training provided).
- Monitor client portals for PO approvals, match approvals to corresponding orders, and close them out.
- Look up and input order numbers in the system.
- Support Sales Representatives in the Tennessee market.
- Process 10–15 orders per day from a shared inbox with precision and efficiency.
- Duration: 2–4 weeks
- Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
- Previous experience in customer service or order management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications; Oracle experience is a plus (training provided).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
