We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support healthcare providers by responding to inquiries related to claims, eligibility, and online tools, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls from healthcare providers regarding:
- Claims processing
- Eligibility inquiries
- Web-based self-service tools
- Technical issues and applications
- Accurately record, track, and monitor all call interactions using CRM/call tracking systems
- Manage open tickets, ensuring proper follow-up, assignment, and escalation as needed
- Assist providers in navigating online business applications
- Process customer requests using various tools, including:
- Desktop faxing
- Web self-help tools
- IVR systems
- Return calls, send documentation, and handle communication requests under supervision
- Follow established scripts, procedures, and training materials to ensure consistency and compliance
Required Skills & Experience
- Customer Service experience
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Computer proficiency and multitasking across multiple screens
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, or similar)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, or enrollment is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and professionalism
- Experience with:
- Provider or member services
- Healthcare insurance industry
