✔️ Assist with login and account access issues
✔️ Guide customers through document submissions and payment processes
✔️ Review requirements and help resolve missing or incorrect information
✔️ Handle policy-based inquiries with confidence and clarity
✔️ Support customers through complex or sensitive situations 💬

✅ What We’re Looking For
MUST HAVE: ✔️ 1–2 years of customer service or admin experience
✔️ Comfortable multitasking across systems (CRM, Outlook, etc.) 💻

✔️ Independent problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to handle escalations and tough conversations 💪
✔️ Understanding that every case matters (this involves real money 💰)
⭐ Backgrounds from banking, healthcare admin, or similar roles are highly preferred!
