🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to educate patients on alternate funding programs and assist with enrollment.
- Coordinate with physicians and manufacturers to complete and submit MAP/PAP applications.
- Ensure pharmacy claims are processed correctly once funding is secured.
- Experience in outbound calling or outreach (collections, case management, recruiting are a plus).
- Strong customer service skills and comfort in a call center environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic math skills.
- 6-month contract with potential for extension or future opportunities.
