Key Responsibilities
- Review customer applications using internal software (training provided)
- Input and cross-reference customer data; schedule meter installations
- Maintain Excel reports and collaborate with billing, pricing, and meter teams
- Recommend process improvements and support customer communications
- 1 year of admin/data entry/reporting experience (recent grads welcome!)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formatting)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Work closely with the Program Manager—great stepping stone to project management
- Learn the utility and energy sector from the ground up
- 100% in-office role with hands-on mentorship
